On Bonaire the ZVK (Zorgverzekeringskantoor) covers the costs for the dietitian for 3 hours a year.This means the ZVK will cover $210 per year if you have a referral from your doctor, specialist or dentist. On average it means 6-7 consultations are covered by the ZVK. If you want more consultations after that you will have to pay for the follow-up consultations yourself.
Rates:
Intake (60 min.): $70,-
Follow-up consultation (30 min.): $35,-
Short follow-upconsultation (15 min.) : $17,50

Please cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance. If not you will be charged for the appointment.
